The firm is led by founder Dave Powers, who spent roughly twenty years in Spain in technical sales and three years in India as a sales director before turning that experience toward his home market. Fluent in Spanish and based in Tucson, he founded SCD Tech Soluciones to connect Spanish industry with the water-scarce Southwest — bridging language, distance, and the way business gets done on each side.
